July 2026 HELLO & WELCOME!
The Okanagan and Shuswap continue to be a highly desirable place to live, invest, raise a family, retire to and enjoy a lifestyle that is only offered in British Columbia. This year's market has been "balanced" on the whole, offering good conditions to sell and with the overnight lending rate holding at 2.25% purchasing power continues to improve. With 18 year's experience as a real estate agent in the Okanagan and Shuswap markets, I moved to the BC Interior from Alberta 24 years ago and built an 11-unit waterfront strata on Mara Lake. It was with that experience that I launched my real estate career in January, 2008.
As a professional who consistently ranks as one of the top producing agents (Top 100 in RE/MAX Western Canada, RE/MAX Platinum Club and Chairman's Club), I am a past member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Association of Interior REALTORS®, and have truly made a commitment to real estate as a career where I aim to serve my clients at the highest level.
